Get directionsVery unsafe hotel, and extremely rude employees. I arrived shortly before midnight and Pond departure around 7 AM. My truck was broken into. When I approach the front desk, the lady says things happen often, and that is why the owners of the property do not employ cameras on the exterior to limit their liability. When I asked additional questions, she just put me off like I was some sort of inconvenience to her. Huge fan of Hilton, but stay far away from this junk property.

We stayed for 4 nights. We stay here several times a year and have always had a great experience. This visit, our room was not cleaned/serviced the entire time. We had a large pile of dirty towels, full trashes and sheets that kept coming off. The last day we had towels handed at the door. I asked if they'd come back and take dirty towels and trash, they said they would. It never happened. We will find somwehere else to stay when we return in 3 weeks. Very disappointed!

Bed was terrible. First it wasn’t made properly. Second it was worn out or broken. Mattress was hard in spots and too soft in spots.

$500 to sleep on floor & poor management We booked a room with two queen beds for two nights for a basketball tournament only to check into a room with 1-bed. When we spoke to the front desk, who was very apologetic & while they were sold out he could provide extra blankets & pillows for someone to sleep on floor (which is tile/LVP). this property had a good room and all but no security outside for protection my vehicle got broken into that night and they couldn't do anything but put a note to come to the front desk and tell me

Hotel is in rough shape. Clearly not built well nor has it sustained use well. Perhaps the most disturbing thing though was that of the two beds in our room, one had clearly been made to show as clean, but upon pulling back the duvet and top sheet, the bottom sheet had clearly been slept on... crud from the human being before left behind.
