Ripoff Paid in full on hotels.com, once to the hotel I was charged again.. called the following day and the lady said it was a mistake and refunded me, told me she emailed me a receipt never received it. Called again the next day and was told they refunded me even though my bank clearly shows the charge from hotels.com and the charge from the hotel itself. She sent me a receipt that shows two charges on it and one refund. So I still paid twice with no refund!!!

The hotel was great. Staff was nice. The issue I had was with hotels.com.....I reserved rooms for 3 people; 2 checked in with no problem but my reservation was cancelled for no explained reason so i had to book another one and pay more for my stay.

Did'nt like thin walls, could hear neighbor snoring. Did not like cheap sheets kept coming loose from mattress during the night. Staff was super friendly and helpful, liked game area in the lobby.

No sleep Place was really nice but Friday night whoever beside us was having a party so we got no rest and we was the err for a big race in maize that we drove 10 hours too
