I do not have a single thing I can say positive about this hotel. The room looked clean but we you look closer you can see the dirt there was brown smudges on the bathroom wall!!!. We did not sleep all night becuse of the extremely loud AC that the staff refused to address or change our room. The hot breakfast is a joke because the person who taking care of the breakfast items was busy with his girlfriend even went out with her and stand outside to chat. I had reserved a double queen room in April for the weekend of June 7th. We opened our room and it was a king bed. For me, my husband, and 3 children. When I went get this resolved there were no more rooms left so my children had to sleep on the floor. They blamed this on the third party(YOU) and said they had sent the reservation for a king. I was credited 75$ to the hotels.com app, which frankly isn't enough and doesn't make up for giving my room away.

when we got to the facility they didn't have our reservation. had to wait while they called Expedia. once we got checked in they gave us a room key and we went all the way to the room opened the door only to find someone elses stuff in the room. so we sent back to the front desk... they then assigned us to a double bed room when I reserved a king. so back to the front desk again. on the 3rd try we finally got a room with a king bed. the front desk clerk stated they would credit our stay for all of the issues.

The shades in the room were inoperable and I understand the problem has existed for over a year without resolution. otherwise our stay was fine.

Ask about pet fee before staying I didn’t see on website or online that there was a pet fee. If I would have seen that, I would have chosen a different hotel. Breakfast was limited. Not a lot of choices. Otherwise all fine.

Breakfast was the biggest disappointment. Juice was watered down and gross, and they ran out of milk at 8 am and did not refill.

The room a/c and heater were very inconsistent and the temperature varied greatly with the system on. Medium rating on breakfast buffet.

This is a unique concept for a hotel theme. The staff was friendly and pleasant. BUT.... When I got up in the night to answer nature call, I found the rhinestones that remained on the floor, found them with my feet! Clearly, the room had NOT been Tru-ly cleaned! Additionally, I made another discovery in the morning while reconn'ing the room before checking out. Very fortunate for the hotel that I found this after the fact, or I most certainly would have left immediately and cancelled all charges.... There was a sizeable chun... read more
