My room was disgusting. Floor was dirty, the sheets and pillows had a smell like they weren’t washed . Found a hair on the pillows . Not to mention I didn’t even stay past 11pm because we checked the Beds since the Room was so filthy we found bed bugs. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Sleepless in Wichita I couldn’t sleep at all. There was a loud banging on a pop every few minutes in the night.

We never got the opportunity to experience this property at Hilton Tru in Wichita! When we arrived, we were informed that Expedia had overbooked the 2 queen bed rooms and that none were available. All they did was offer us a single king bed room, which was unacceptable for 3 adults plus one child. We had to leave and find another hotel room to rent across town. We expect and demand full refund from Expedia for this fiasco.

Went to check in at 11 pm and the room wasn’t ready. The receptionist was really rude. The help told me that I could go stay somewhere else. This after a long day traveling. I told them that I would be happy to go somewhere else if they would give me my money back. The room wasn’t what I paid for, but it was a bed. I

The size of the room with a king size bed is nice but its very minimal with the furniture. This is a new hotel so beds are very flat and not broke in. We were on 2nd floor and could hear loud neighbors. The breakfast didnt have many options, but you can make your own pancakes. The hotel is in a great location, there is shopping and restaurants near by. I was disappointed they didnt have a pool. I would not stay here again.

I ended up NOT staying there because I reserved a 2 Queen room for 3 people and only had a 1 King when I got there. We ended up cancelling the reservation and found a room elsewhere which was a huge pain in the ass.
