Not comfortable The bed was super uncomfortable, no cush at all on the mattress. I got hives from the detergent they use on the sheets & that never happens to me & I've stayed at a lot of hotels. Also the water pressure & amount of water coming out of the shower head was very little, I tried adjusting it but made no difference & I was cold the entire time in the shower & I never warmed up. Heater did not work in the room. Ask desk to fix it. They said manager had it fixed when we’re gone but when we came back to the room it was still off. Breakfast was not much, have had better in other hotels. The lobby area was fun with the games and pool table, though.
No service We arrived at the checkin desk and nobody was there. There was a sign with a phone number to call, so I called which rang the desk. We waited in the lobby for about 30 minutes for someone to check us in meanwhile, another family had come, and a guest who wanted to make a purchase. The person who checked us in barely said a few words to me. A couple other little things bothered me in the room, the wall paper was peeling in places, a shelf in the bathroom was broken. Won't stay there again.
Disappointed that requested room on Expedia is never available at the hotel. The hotel states that on third party sites I am merely marking a request but that Expedia doesn’t actually know the true availability of the rooms. So this time my king bed isn’t available. I get a two-queen room that is for handicapped accessibility. Wasn’t ideal for my stay.
