I was booked for a 2 queen room. Upon checking in, I was given a 1 king. When I went to the front desk to inform the lady that my room was wrong, she told me that I should have booked directly with the hotel instead of going through Expedia. That they were booked solid and there was nothing she could do. When I asked if there would be any type of compensation for the mix up I was told that the room I was given was actually more expensive than the room I booked, so I should be thankful. liked the soap etc dispensers in shower and sink as they eliminated waste with those small plastic bottles. Except I bumped into one while taking a shower and my elbow was bloody from a cut. The lighting above the bed only had one switch for both beds. It was VERY bright.

I liked the modern feel but the room was small. When we first walked in it had an awful odor of what we believed to be some kind of disinfectant. I’m glad that it smelled like it had been cleaned but it was strong and not pleasant. There weren’t really any tables and what there was was very small. The shelf/side table next to the bed was barely reachable from the bed, our shower leaked all over the floor and there was very little water pressure, the shower head wiggled aronund like it was barely holding on, the “down” button... read more

Never again Check in was fine. 401 did not have water pressure, only 1 facecloth. We made do. Then Due to our mom's health, we needed to extend our stay but Maleena says that we have to check out of the room we were in, to go to a different room, and do it before we leave to go to the hospital. Why couldn't the new guest go to the new room?? Rude as heck!! Also said she couldn't extend the room I needed to go online to extend our stay.
