It was super clean the last time we stayed, however this time there was hair in the shower.
Not satisfied Right after checking in, enough towels were missing, there was no bath soap, oven is pretty small and not good in the lobby. They said breakfast provided but all they gave is a muffin and a fruit.

Loved how it was located near fun activities. Questioned why in my 3 night stay, my room was never cleaned--bed never made, no fresh towels or new toilet paper rolls.

We do not provide stayover service during this time, however we do exchange new linen and give you a bag to take out trash. Then pick up outside your room for you. I am so terribly sorry this information was not relayed to you so that we could take care of you as best we could. I will be sure to relay this information to the team so that they can better inform our future guests
The shampoo and soap holders really needed cleaned

The staff was friendly. I think our biggest issue was having to take the big tv off the wall everyday to reset it so it would turn on. And there were channels that wouldn't work that we like. The common channels with news etc. The pool table was bad and the pool cues had no tips on them. Ridiculous! Lol it wasn't terrible but just not what we expected. We are also working on updates to our gaming zone to give a revamp and sometimes these things take time.
