Get you buisness in order My family arived at 6 pm to check in and was told that there were no clean rooms and that it would be at least another hour untill done when we returned they still weren't clean while at the desk waiting for our room to finally to be cleaned i over heard the girl at the front desk call and cancel reservations because they didnt want to clean anymore rooms

Very disappointed with our stay. Promised a 3pm check in and couldn’t get into the room until 4:30pm. The shower head had no pressure and dribbled water out. The breakfast options was very lacking. There was toast, fruit, juice and coffee to choose from.

This Hotel is a Joke!!! I would, NEVER book here again. My daughter played volleyball early the next morning, so we booked a room here and prepaid the room in full. We got to town, and went and ate. We went to check in around 9:20 and they had given our room away. They said they were completely full. Not only that, they offered no real explanation except that it was a computer glitch. Everything other then we were out of conditioner in the shower and I was already in the shower before I realized it. Also the breakfast wasn’t very kid friendly no cereal

Awe full stay When we arrived at the hotel the front desk lady was very rude didn’t greet us, when she asked a question it was like we were bothering her. The room was very small and not comfortable. The pillow cases had stains and when we asked for new pillows she gave us small smelly pillows and didn’t want to really help us. Her attitude was very bad and made us uncomfortable. If I could have received a refund I would have left right away.
