Tyler my salesman was great and honest and did everything in his power to take care of the deal. Kip however was not true to his word. Could never get a honest response out of him. Would never call back when he said he would and ended up getting a different truck after he said the one I originally wanted was “secured”. Didn’t listen to me for what agreed to put money down, and didnt even give me the option for extended warranty, he went ahead and added anyways with out asking saying the bank wanted it that way.
