Service was quick and no issues found
I called on a Wednesday morning and talked to Austin and set the appointment for 1:00. They started work right away. It was a nice day. Everyone in the dealership had a smile. My dog was with me so we walked the lot and looked at new Shelby trucks and Roush and Raptor. They also repaired my tire. And I was back on the road in less than two hours.
I was on vacation and had some serious concerns on my journey to Redmond. They diagnosed the issue and made the repairs quickly. They communicated well and I found them extremely service oriented! I will buy from them someday but for now I will just enjoy my truck!

I appreciate that I am able to get a service appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Other dealers will make me wait a month or more. The service technician found problems that I was unaware of during my oil change and repaired them.
