My experience with TSS Ford was excellent. James, the salesperson, provided outstanding customer service, and both the sales manager and finance representative were equally professional and helpful. Simple Oil change & tire rotation…completed on schedule —AND they addressed any & all concerns with our Platinum Expedition. . We bought it there in ‘23…. & will always come back . This is how a dealership should operate.
