We had a mobile technician inspect a recall from Ford. He was on time, professional and took time to explain what was done.
I received road assist very fast and problem was solved.
Needed a number of maintenance things fixed. Appreciate that I didn’t need to reschedule a later time to get it all done. Very helpful staff and a great online messaging service.
From the first contact I was pleased and comfortable. Jose (JR), was very helpful and made my experience tremendously easy. The JOSE TEAM (two of them) worked really hard to get me the right financing, and payments that fit my budget. Very grateful.
I came in for warranty work and they had to order some parts. They took me home and came backed and picked me up the next day when the work was done.
