Easy to work with and very responsive over text and on phone. It’s a small office so not a bunch of run-around or getting handed off for high-pressure sales. They took the time to get the paperwork drawn up correctly, so it was ready when I got there. I would work this dealership again.
Quality of work was adequate, however, the draw to having your dealership perform service and repairs is going above and beyond the bare minimum. I can have my vehicle simply “serviced” anywhere. I pay the higher price ( roughly 30% more) for what used to come as extras. Ie. A quick vacuum and a car wash? I even remember when your dealer would come and get my vehicle and leave me a vehicle to drive while the work was being done. Apparently those days gone as well.
As always, the service at TS&S was exceptional!
The service team listened to my concerns and took the time to explain what they found. My vehicle was finished and ready to pick up at the time I was told.

After two years of trying to get a Maverick, Jose from T S & S was instrumental in it finally being delivered. Such an easy process, we were in and out in under an hour. I would recommend T S & S to anyone who wants a no nonsense experience.
