Had oil change and tire rotation, great service! I was very happy with my service and the people that I worked with. It was early morning and my agent was very cheerful and helpful and kept me informed of the ongoing service and when it was completed he explained what they did and what needs to be done on the next service. I had to get my car serviced and Jeff was was the first one to approach me he explained everything to me and kept me updated as my car was getting serviced. This was my first visit and due to my great experience, I will be back again.
Bob and the whole service team are fantastic! Bob always gives excellent service and so does Edwin in rentals! I bought my car here last October and dealt with Mark Stromberg in finance and Carlos in sales. Both gentlemen walked me through the process thoroughly and answered all of my questions truthfully and courteously.I'm a very happy customer.

Mystery shopper I was at Tustin Nissan when I ran into a gentleman named Steven Cipriano. He was polite , knowlegdable and knew what he was doing. He was very diligent. I give him a 10 out of 10 but since this was only rated 5 out of 5 then so be it. There should be more nice, intelligent men such as this one. I would definitly come back to this dealership in the near future to make a purchase and or reffer anyone of my family members.
Outstanding Service by Steve My experience at Tustin Nissan was very positive. Steve Cipriano went out of his way to make me and my wife happy. He even drove al the way to the Inland Empire to get us a Nissan Armada to look at. When he returned, he personally cleaned it up for our viewing. What a great sales person!
