I have had my car seviced at Tustun Nissan many times over the past few years and have had excellent service every time. In particular Floyd Leach, service manager, has taken great care of my car and is very professional, friendly and thorough.I know my car will be taken care ofand the work is done correctly the first time.

I have very few problems with my Nissan, but the few that I have had have been taken care of fast and friendly by the service staff at Tustin Nissan. My 2007 Versa was ready when promised. They even washed and vacuumed my car. Great Experience!!!!!

We had a great experience, we were treated like long time friends, there were no gimmicks involved, and when there was an issue they made up for it BIG time. We walked out with an amazing deal, a new car and a new friend, Thanks Tony, you made our Tustin Nissan Experience a great one!

DO NOT RETURN YOUR LEASE HERE! ! I returned my lease to Nissan of Tustin (I leased the truck from here so why wouldn't I). Upon returning it they looked the truck over, and told me to have a nice day. Two months later and dozens of phone calls and emails Nissan Leasing NMAC has no record from them of the my truck being turned in and now filed negative remarks on my credit report For weeks I've been getting calls from NMAC who would three way call this dealer and still no response. This is the worst dealer to buy and absolutely disastrous for services. All the employees are dishonest and they always lie and has no courtesy at all. Please take this review seriously and just don’t think that it may be an outlier until you go though what I am going through. Promised the service will done on a Friday, then Saturday and they we don’t know when it will be done. They don’t pick call and respond and say we all are booked and busy. BUYERS BEWARE! !!!I bought my brand new vehicle nissian rouge in 10/2021, every since the first week, I have been having issues with the engine. Every time I take it to the dealership they claim nothing is wrong with it. I brought the vehicle in witg the engine malfunction light on and I am still being told nothing is wrong. I am beyond pissed with Nissan and I am here today with another engine malfunction light on been waiting over 2 hr just to be told it can be the sensor. Then, I told another employee that I had forgot to tell the first employee about a replacement part. I saw the employees talking and parking my car in the customer parking.
