Sharing my experience so others will not be a victim. I'm sure it wasn't an isolated incident for this dealership and the management staff. The 3 D's listed below: 1. DISHONEST- the sales manager Rick Rodriguez try to sale a used car as a new car. 2013 with 230 miles and they told us that it was test drive a lot by customers and that the car just came off the truck a few days ago. I needed to take the car in to check for a noise, it's fairly common, check any 350z boards. I make the appointment 2 weeks in advance for a saturday because thats only time i can go without a car. All is well. I bring it on Friday because I need to leave it overnight (long story with the issue). Anyway, I get a call an hour after dropping it off because "We can't check your car on saturday because it takes technicians away from their other appointments." rofl, LOL. i'm floored. how do people let business like this still exi... read more

This dealership doesn't want to sell a car they have you running in circles because they are doing you a favor by selling a car to you. I have never in my life been treat like this and if i was it shouldn't be a sales men or a manager name MARLOW Customer services is pretty explantory thing when you work in sales. I scheduled for an oil change for 2010 Nissan Rouge at 11:30 am. With Mr. Cookerley, Carl, Tustin Nissan's service advisor. My customer # 243584. I dropped My Rouge off at 11:32 am.& told will ready in ONE HOUR. Managing my 2 boys (age 3 and 5) milk, foods, diapers, belonging in waiting room is a challenge for one parent. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! We went today to look at a Maxima and after 20 minutes with no help and while we were walking out the door somebody asked if we needed help and got us a sales rep. We started off on the wrong foot... The sales rep. gave us the typical salesman pitch and even asked if we could afford the car. VERY BAD experience. I go to dealerships often and I always have a pleasant experience. Nobody came out to even help me and finally, a guy named Sam Hassan did. I asked for a test drive and he took my license and acted like I couldn't drive because I had glasses. When he finally decided to clear it, he asked for insurance, which is NEVER given. I bought a Nissan Altima 2008 on July 26 2008. The financial service person, Giovanni Bilgin is terriable. This dishonest burshit firstly had me pay for the extended warranty without letting me know. When I found out the price was not correct, he told me that he added the extended warranty. Then I asked for cancellation and refund. He had me fill out the cancellation form on July 26 2008, and told me that I would receive the refund within 4 weeks. But until now i haven't received the refund!
