DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! We went today to look at a Maxima and after 20 minutes with no help and while we were walking out the door somebody asked if we needed help and got us a sales rep. VERY BAD experience. I go to dealerships often and I always have a pleasant experience. Nobody came out to even help me and finally, a guy named Sam Hassan did. I asked for a test drive and he took my license and acted like I couldn't drive because I had glasses. When he finally decided to clear it, he asked for insurance, which is NEVER given. I bought a Nissan Altima 2008 on July 26 2008. The financial service person, Giovanni Bilgin is terriable. This dishonest burshit firstly had me pay for the extended warranty without letting me know. When I found out the price was not correct, he told me that he added the extended warranty. Then I asked for cancellation and refund. He had me fill out the cancellation form on July 26 2008, and told me that I would receive the refund within 4 weeks. But until now i haven't received the refund!
