This is the worst dealership experience in 38 years of car buying. I responded to add for new Altima 2014 S Model . The car salesman had no idea that they had an add on line. Initially they told me the wrong cars were the ones in the add. They dragged me around 3 lots for over an hour trying to find the car. Alright, let me tell you how horrible these people are. On Friday, August 22nd I went into Tustin Nissan looking to lease a car. I told them I wanted to lease and was interested in leasing a Nissan Maxima. However, the sales rep, Wilson, tricked me into signing the contract for owning a car. Our experience with this dealer was horrible. I'll make this short and sweet as I'm still trying to deal with them on something so SIMPLE) Before reading, please understand I'm in management for a large company, and I have handled everything with this place professionally, although I'm using Yelp to "vent" currently. 1. I had purchased a nissan sentra 2006 model car by paying $1600 above KBB value at a total price of $7700. And the car showed problems after I drove 400miles. Nissan guys initially agreed on 24 months warranty. But when I showed up, they were asking for paper work which was not delivered to me at all. In 30 days everything changed. Sharing my experience so others will not be a victim. I'm sure it wasn't an isolated incident for this dealership and the management staff. The 3 D's listed below: 1. DISHONEST- the sales manager Rick Rodriguez try to sale a used car as a new car. 2013 with 230 miles and they told us that it was test drive a lot by customers and that the car just came off the truck a few days ago. I needed to take the car in to check for a noise, it's fairly common, check any 350z boards. I make the appointment 2 weeks in advance for a saturday because thats only time i can go without a car. All is well. I bring it on Friday because I need to leave it overnight (long story with the issue). This dealership doesn't want to sell a car they have you running in circles because they are doing you a favor by selling a car to you. I have never in my life been treat like this and if i was it shouldn't be a sales men or a manager name MARLOW Customer services is pretty explantory thing when you work in sales. I scheduled for an oil change for 2010 Nissan Rouge at 11:30 am. With Mr. Cookerley, Carl, Tustin Nissan's service advisor. My customer # 243584. I dropped My Rouge off at 11:32 am.& told will ready in ONE HOUR. Managing my 2 boys (age 3 and 5) milk, foods, diapers, belonging in waiting room is a challenge for one parent.
