"so disappointed" I went to this dealer since its high review points here, but I was so disappointed. My new car's power steering reservoir was totally dry out. The service adviser Randy told me that’s normal for all Nissan cars even without checking anything. I opened reservoir and showed to him. He insisted there’s nothing wrong. I checked this issue online and first article on Google website is to add the oil to maximum line and check it again in few weeks to check the leak. A lady named Adrianna from Nissan Tustin called me and warned about recall on my car. She said I can get a rental car until the part is available or buy a new Nissan. Then she called again to schedule an appointment. Sounds too good. I called back to confirm. A rep told me that yes, there is a recall, but no rental car provided and no part available. James finance manager gave me the worst customer service. Had a bad negative vibe. I called about a refund on a gap insurance and was told to bring certain proof and I did, now they are asking for more paper work. Waste of time

I didn't even go to the dealership and I hated it. I called over the phone because my car won't start and they have horrible attitude. I hung up and called again in hopes that I get someone with better attitude but no same crap. I'm going to try another dealership let's see how it goes i need a bigger car but might have to change my mind about getting another Nissan if all dealerships are like this one.

They lure customers on the phone with false prices and lease ratings. Just beware! When confronted, they were rude and insulted people. They lie as they breath. Horrible experience

My whole experience with Tustin Nissan was a nightmare. They get you to sign the paperwork and you get a phone call after 3 or 4 weeks they charge the contract. Carlos in financing need to explain things better in the contract . I would never buy another car from then . Be careful when you buy a car from them.

Nissan Tustin, the sales department are a bunch of scam artist! Sorry to see you can't choose ZERO starts because that is what I would have chosen. They lure you into their showroom with a personalized commercial writing, telling you specifically that for your car, you can get ABOVE normal trade-in money, and all kinds of discounts that total thousands of dollars, without telling you you don't get them if…… We arrived at the showroom, took them forever to get a car for a test drive. This is the worst dealership experience in 38 years of car buying. I responded to add for new Altima 2014 S Model . The car salesman had no idea that they had an add on line. Initially they told me the wrong cars were the ones in the add. They dragged me around 3 lots for over an hour trying to find the car. After it was found in Santa Ana I still had to negoitate the price as the Sales Manager was unaware of sale. and would not honor price until I showed him the add.
