From the time I made my appointment until I left with the car,everything went smoothly. Bryan first reached out to me to come in and discuss end of lease agreement. I met with him and he showed me what was available which was to My liking so the following day we finalized everything.

This my 3rd new car from nissan of Tustin in just over 4 years. I love my Ariya 2023; I took her to à wash, charging, and à parking ticket for no front plate...lol

All staff are helpful, courteous, and customer friendly. I called with concerns from another dealership experience. They accommodated my needs and sold me the new Ariya Premiere model I had reserved. They flew me in from out of state, provided transportation from the airport, matched my financial requirements, made sure they answered all my questions and patiently set me up with all necessary documents.
