Thank you to this service team for being the best Nissan team I have ever seen. I have been coming to them for years and they had a hit of a bumpy road for a while but with the manager they have now is amazing. He helped me so much with my issues I was in a rush to get back to work and they made the process so smooth and super fast thank you Tustin!

This is the best Nissan dealership by far. Their service department is super friendly. They have two managers on sit at their service department so if you have any issues one of them will gladly help you out. I had no issues thankfully but I did get a chance to meet them both. Their team is so helpful. They have a new thing where they send you videos of the inspection they do on your car. I come here and Downey Nissan I don’t think it’s the same owner anymore but the team at Tustin is still under great ownership because they still care about their customers. Make the drive and feel appreciated they will take care of you. I bought my car here now I get it serviced here and it’s just amazing service could not be happier.

I came in because I had a half off coupon for an oil change. The message did say 30 days after it was sent and it was 30 days exactly they still honored it. I came in and was greeted by a friendly gentlemen who has a funny name “Cash.” He honored my coupon and explained to me the services my car needed because of the miles and since the last time I came in. there's a great service team. All of them help each other out and their customers. I went in because I had a scheduled appointment with Jeff but he is on vacation they still said they could help me and they would take care of me. They really did and kept me informed through out the whole process. I appreciate them taking me in even though jeff was not here. Thank you Tustin Nissan for taking care of my car.
