I came in because I had a half off coupon for an oil change. The message did say 30 days after it was sent and it was 30 days exactly they still honored it. I came in and was greeted by a friendly gentlemen who has a funny name “Cash.” He honored my coupon and explained to me the services my car needed because of the miles and since the last time I came in. there's a great service team. All of them help each other out and their customers. I went in because I had a scheduled appointment with Jeff but he is on vacation they still said they could help me and they would take care of me. They really did and kept me informed through out the whole process. I appreciate them taking me in even though jeff was not here. Thank you Tustin Nissan for taking care of my car.

Thank you so much tustin for providing me with a positive experience. I have been to many Nissans and this is by far the best one! I’ve had so many bad experiences that I started going to jiffy lube for my oil changes but I came back to Tustin nissan for a recall and I will be coming back for all of my services. This team was very courteous and super professional. The wait time was short and my advisor was so helpful when I asked him questions.
