This my 3rd new car from nissan of Tustin in just over 4 years. I love my Ariya 2023; I took her to à wash, charging, and à parking ticket for no front plate...lol
Gisell was great in helping me with my purchase of my new Nissan Ariya. They walked me through the different features and made my experience really easy. Not pushy and aggressive; just smooth and helpful.

All staff are helpful, courteous, and customer friendly. I called with concerns from another dealership experience. They accommodated my needs and sold me the new Ariya Premiere model I had reserved. They flew me in from out of state, provided transportation from the airport, matched my financial requirements, made sure they answered all my questions and patiently set me up with all necessary documents. I loved that this was a "no pressure" sale. I loved that our primary salesperson (Jonathan) worked closely with Tyler and Chris and that they could help us and support Jonathan when we had questions on Jonathan's time off. Ramon was great too! A 100% positive experience. I wrote a nice Yelp review.

Service dept is great. Wasn't too happy with our Sentra trade-in 5 yrs ago and super high interest rate. We suffered a 5 yr high car payment at a high interest rate. You never dropped our interest rate after a year as you had promised. No surprise as all dealers feed you that line , whatever happened to real honest auto transactions. We've owned several Nissans too. 310GX, Pathfinder Sentra, then two Altimas. After 20yrs! of being loyal to Nissan, no loyalty thrown back our way !!!
