I loved that this was a "no pressure" sale. I loved that our primary salesperson (Jonathan) worked closely with Tyler and Chris and that they could help us and support Jonathan when we had questions on Jonathan's time off. Ramon was great too! A 100% positive experience. I wrote a nice Yelp review.

Service dept is great. Wasn't too happy with our Sentra trade-in 5 yrs ago and super high interest rate. We suffered a 5 yr high car payment at a high interest rate. You never dropped our interest rate after a year as you had promised. No surprise as all dealers feed you that line , whatever happened to real honest auto transactions. We've owned several Nissans too. 310GX, Pathfinder Sentra, then two Altimas. After 20yrs! of being loyal to Nissan, no loyalty thrown back our way !!!

They are a very nice dealership to work with. We have purchased several cars from them and always been happy. Jared Garcia-Kessler is amazing and we have never had better service than with him. He is knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and one of the best service advisors we have ever had and that is including advisors at BMW, Lexus, Acura, Chevy and Toyota.
