This place has always been great looks like they switched owners recently but the service team is still the same great team it’s always been. I appreciate their honesty. I will keep coming back here

Thank you so much tustin for providing me with a positive experience. I have been to many Nissans and this is by far the best one! I’ve had so many bad experiences that I started going to jiffy lube for my oil changes but I came back to Tustin nissan for a recall and I will be coming back for all of my services. This team was very courteous and super professional. The wait time was short and my advisor was so helpful when I asked him questions. They also sent me an inspection video which is something new that I’ve never seen... read more

I was a little hesitant to come back because I had a bad experience in 2021 but I’m glad I gave them another chance. This team is amazing and they really do take care of their customers. I appreciate them taking the time to explain everything during my time there and they even sent me an inspection video. It was really nice seeing it in video instead of just going based on comments from the advisor. I will be sticking with Tustin and coming back for my services.
