Working with Sean is a pleasure he assisted in implementing and getting us up in running very quickly. Has a great knowledge on the program and was able to answer all of my questions so that they were clear and easy to understand and implement.

This is a good workaround for a temporary solution, but I would much prefer having the capability of messaging employees internally as we did in Podium.

I called regarding the new text feature. The representative was friendly and walked me through to show me what the feature does and how it is beneficial to our firm. The level of service was above and beyond. She also was sure to check if we were still integrated with social media and I was able to fix a couple things.
We previously used Birdeye's services and switched to a local company which we completely regretted. Since going back, our teams have had so much clarity with the tools available to us. Sean our implementation specialist is not only knowledgeable, but friendly, courteous, and INCREDIBLY hard working. There were times we felt like it would be our responsibility to fix or set something up but Sean took complete ownership and nailed it. He is a God-send!

Customer service was excellent. Called back as promised on Monday at 8 AM for a technical error that happened on Friday. Problem solved and appreciate not letting the ball drop.

I have had many issues in the past with Birdeye- but recently, the support and responsiveness has been super incredible. Especially with one team member, Himanshu Goswami- He is the sole reason I am still with Birdeye.
