    "Fantastic!!!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Simple to use and great results. Really makes communicating with customers simple. I can see and verify that my employees are respopnding and communicating with customers daily. It has enhanced not only the number of reviews we receive but our total star rating has increased as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't found anything not to like yet. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Reviews are so much easier to get from customers. It has made the communication with our customers so simple. The best part is if we do get a bad review it doesn't hurt us as bad as it used to because we recieve so many good reviews using Birdeye any bad reviews get buried beneath all of the good ones.

    "BirdEye is a must to increase your Google score!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye reviews are extremely simple for our customers to complete, which makes them more likely to complete them. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Birdeye chat feature in our webiste does not send us notifications that someone is online realtime, so we can respond. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Commit to Birdeye now, you will not be disappointed. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Quick way for our customers to leave a review. Simple way to improve our Google Score and be found by more potential customers--increasing our sales.

    "Automatically helps us get more Google reviews" What do you like best about Birdeye? Once we determined our goals and set up templates, it was so easy to automatically ask each patient to share their experience on Google or Facebook. It's very easy to use, and customer support is great. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Some of the services are an additional fee (such as referral requests) and seem pricy as add-ons. We did not have a good experience with the referral feature. Also, the annual contract is strict, so if any changes are needed, be sure to provide notice before your agreement automatically renews and you are locked in to another year without the ability to remove services. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Even though several of the other programs we use have review requests included at no charge, we use Birdeye because it has made the biggest impact on increasing our positive reviews. It's great, because if there is a problem, our patient has the option to direct message us rather than blasting that all over google, and we have an opportunity to address their concern. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We needed more reviews and we were not consistently asking patients for them. With Birdeye, we automated that task and it's been great. In this crazy year, we have still gotten a lot of new positive reviews.

    "BirdEye User" What do you like best about Birdeye? I like that all my review platforms are in one place. I can view, respond and see scores for each one. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish the competitors tab showed my local comps instead of the corporate comp rating. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I haven't experienced any problems thus far. The benefits save time by using one platform to monitor and respond to all sources. The report tab can save you money by seeing where your traffic is coming from, who clicked on your web page, requested directions and who called you.

    "Birdeye is great to real reviews." What do you like best about Birdeye? Once Birdeye is set up anybody can use it . It does not take a computer expert. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I have not found anything to this point that I have had a problem with. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We struggled to get our customers to leave reviews before Birdeye. Now we send the link and we get about 10 - 20 % leave responses.

    "Amazing Service Software" What do you like best about Birdeye? I love the fact that with this software is awesome to get reviews from customers and keep a track of this activity for my company. Also the excellent customer service that they provide to make you feel comfortable to get reviews from your customers. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Right now I would not say dislike, but there are a few features that I think they should improve to make the work of any marketing associate a little bit easier. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Awesome Software. Easy to use and very considerable to get reviews from your customers. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I get to know much more about the experience that my customers had with my company service. Also I get to know much more about their opinion about my product. It is awesome because I know how my company is doing and I have the good and the bad feedback which is excellent to make a company improve every day a little bit more. Also the fact that I can manage my customer satisfaction in an easy and smart way.

    "Absolutely Love BirdEye!" What do you like best about Birdeye? The entire BirdEye team is extremely proficient and helpful. I have had the opportunity to be helped by so many wonderful people throughout our years with BirdEye. BirdEye makes my job easier by informing me when we have new patient reviews across the multiple review platforms we work with, Google, Facebook, Healthgrades, and Yelp to name a few. Not all companies are created equal when it comes to review management software. BirdEye is superior to the rest out there. Strongly consider BirdEye and give it a solid look. The dashboard helps to organize our review content. The benefits are mostly in time saving and always being in the know. It is super easy to send a review from BirdEye. AND BirdEye will continue a marketing style campaign reaching our to our patients three times, politely requesting for them to submit a review of their experience with us. I send one request and BirdEye handles the rest!

We enjoy the responsive tech support, Easy to use dashboard, seamless integration, guidance for customers to properly provide feedback, adjustability and flexibility of campaigns, easy to intercept unwanted review requests, timely email and text notifications What do you dislike about Birdeye? We dislike the inability to capture and manage Yelp and Facebook reviews directly or the inability to create multiple response templates. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are no longer buried down Google searches. The sheer number of reviews and responses has catapulted us to the top. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I would recommend Birdeye's services to any interested in signing up for it. Before we used Birdeye our patients weren't leaving reviews as often. Since having Birdeye it really has made the requesting reviews so easy and patients are more inclined to leave a review when they receive the Birdeye request.
