I send an email 3 minutes before closing time. I got the call immediately. Girish helped with my issue and went beyond the scope and helped with integerstion with Google Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. He has been already working for almost 13 hr. Great job

Birdeye is wonderful! Pros: Birdeye is so helpful for our company. The real time text feature with future prospects makes communication so simple and effective. Cons: There isn't anything I like "least" about this software. I do wish that text conversations could be assigned to multiple people however.
