Increase in positive reviews. Increase in volume of reviews.

    "Great support to have on Car Dealer!" What do you like best about Birdeye? I appreciate that Birdeye offers you feel-based input and you can quickly distinguish good feedbacks from poor reviews and combine comments from a variety of other sites through Birdeye. It is really useful to be able to distinguish the great feedback from the poor reviews as it helps us to take note of the positive reviews in our platform, on fenced product pages, as case studies on microsites our platform etc. The bad comments are positive because we will use this input to enhance our product and strengthen internal issues / teams including customer support as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I haven't noticed something I hate before now. However we do wish we could learn the critics email or whatever then we could reach the checked user so we could fix the problem faster. Most of the clients are vendors from the 3rd party that order from a parts shop. A number of occasions, determining the order correlated with analysis is complicated. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Let this device make your life simpler! Browse across all comments in one spot, through various pages and locations. Good for maintaining credibility, reading and listening to critical feedback until they get released. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? It makes it much easier to inquire for input from my field employees. Birdeye looks about follow-up, it gives consumers a note to give a comment. I send our workers a raise of self confidence when they get a favorable evaluation. A brush goes a fair way on the side. When our ratings rule our position in the market, it makes our business stand out in the market.

    "Birdeye works pretty well. Has a lot of cool features. Easy to use. Can be glitchy sometimes." What do you like best about Birdeye? I like the analytics. Reviewing ratings from across the internet on one platform. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Surveys can be glitchy at times. It can take awhile to get it working properly. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: It is good. Not amazing. Birdeye gets the job done but does have some glitches and is not perfect.     The gentleman who assisted me, his nickname is Sean, was beyond unbelievable. He explained every single element of the BirdEye program with such clarity that it made me angry actually that other representatives in other businesses don't have that skill. We have all struggled with learning new programs and the teachers at the companies range from downright terrible to maybe, sometimes, good. Sean was the best I've ever had. Next, the program is absolutely sensational. If you want to make getting reviews fast and easy, you must get this program. It is NOT an expense. It is an investment. Keep up the good work BirdEye people. You have a phenomenally devoted fan.

    "The website is very easy to use! Trainings are very informative" What do you like best about Birdeye? The multiple features the website has to offer. What do you dislike about Birdeye? The pricing may be a little high for small business owners who would like to sign up for BirdEye. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: I would advise others to take advantage of the amazing trainings given by the BirdEye Staff. It makes understanding the website a lot easier. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? I am able to get honest reviews from clients to see what areas the firm needs to improve on.

    "Makes it easier for your client's to leave reviews!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Ease of use. I like being able to send our clients a link to their phone and email that takes them right to our Google and Facebook pages. I also love the message section and how it complies the messages from all of our platforms in the same spot. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Sometimes it is still hard to get reviews from our clients. If you added an incentive option that would be great. If we could add an instant e-gift card for Starbucks or something like that once they give us a review I feel like we could get a lot more. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are getting a lot more reviews than we could have before without this system. We are also very quick to respond to messages because we get a notification email and the app notifies us as well.

    "Informative" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye is easy to use. We get feedback from our clients that we wouldn't otherwise receive. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Nothing. So far Birdeye has exceeded my expectations. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: BirdEye is an excellent tool for clients to provide feedback of the services provided to them. I would highly recommend BirdEye. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to get our clients feedback on the services we provided.

    "Birdeye is great!" What do you like best about Birdeye? They are great to work with and they have helped us to increase our online reviews effortlessly. Customer service is great as well. What do you dislike about Birdeye? Some of their features should be further tested before releasing to their clients. The text message feature works great now but had issues during setup. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We struggled getting clients to leave us reviews and Birdeye has decreased the time I had to spend emailing and texting clients for reviews. We have more than doubled our 5 star reviews in just a couple short months.

    "Great Experience" What do you like best about Birdeye? The support given by the company is excellent. I rarely have any issues but when I do they are quick to help. I like it because it makes it easy for clients to leave review without me having to initiate the review. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I don't like that there is not an option to leave a google review. I have my birdeye reviews and no google reviews.. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? Just not having to follow up on reviews. Save time. Plus I get to see where I am excelling and where I need do more work.
