    "Birdeye help boost reputation of apartment communities in all key metrics!" What do you like best about Birdeye? Birdeye has helped us easily manage nearly 40 different locations seamlessly in one dashboard to provide us with the tools needed to improve our online footprint at all locations. What do you dislike about Birdeye? There is very little to dislike about Birdeye's platform. If there are ever problems or shortcomings, they are quick to find a fix or workaround to allow us to accomplish what we need to. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: Birdeye is a great solution to managing and improving your online reputation and footprint. In our experience working with other vendors in this area, Birdeye is a leader in their industry. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? With Birdeye we have been able to solve the problem of inconsistency of how online reviews are managed and addressed across our multiple locations.

    I have used few companies before i signed up with Birdeye, best experience ever & always with their support team specially with Arpit, I have called many time since i singed up as a new user you always have few question to ask. Overall I am very satisfied with Birdeye its been 3 week of my continuing of service.

    "Customer service and review boost!" What do you like best about Birdeye? BirdEye has increased our reviews and more importantly, enhanced our ability to respond to customers through their easy to use platform. Their reporting is easy to use and clear to share with others in the company. I also like the daily report emails, which allow me to keep an eye on the feedback we receive from our customers. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I wish there was more flexibility to design the emails/texts to personalize them to our company. There are minimal options to customize which help but we would like it even more if we had more room to customize the appearance. Recommendations to others considering Birdeye: BirdEye is easy to use, it delivers an increase in reviews, allows you to track customer feedback quickly and easily, provides clear reporting, and has a easy to use platform for users and admin. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We are now able to be made aware of "negative" feedback quickly so we can jump on a solution for our customers.

    UPDATE: they made everything right. When writing feedback make sure you are willing to allow the other party to make it right, Sales did not even know what a State level contract cancellation policy is,.They have been pulling money out of my account without providing any services. Please make sure you place Stop payment with your bank and check their cancellation policy. In my case when the guy called I told him I had canceled the service and he did not install anything but started charging.

    Fantastic experience in on boarding Griswold Construction and Overhead door, LLC. The ongoing support and education BirdEye providesis impressive. An incredibly easy platform to use to cultivate and publish reviews online. Armit was very helpful in explaining the process and what their software can do for the business. I look forward to working with this company as the business grows.

    "Cool Service, Great Customer Experience" What do you like best about Birdeye? I loved that the customer service was quick to answer my questions and resolve my issues. What do you dislike about Birdeye? I disliked that instructions weren't always very clear on our interface and required me to call customer service. What problems is Birdeye solving and how is that benefiting you? We've seen that we are able to cater more to what our customers want, and we're able to must more quickly respond to customer concerns.
