We had a wonderful experience having Avnish help us through the onboarding. Process is straightforward and they have highly efficient follow-up process. He was very attentive, thorough and always right on time for our calls. Highly recommend Birdeye!

Great tool for reviews and more! Pros: I really liked that with just a url click link people are easily able to leave reviews. Cons: There is nothing I disliked about this software.

The value proposition of having a BirdEye service is outstanding. Beginning with my rep (Boe Larson) who assisted the initial introduction, to the onboarding process with (Sourabh Tomer) has been amazing. birdeye Pros: Well this app is very helpful to me it is very easy to send a review by using this app Cons: So far there is nothing i can say about this app because even beginners can use this app it very easy Overall: All i can say is that this app is very helpful and very easy to access

Birdeye Pros: I really like that I get notified when someone leaves a google review and that it will let us auto-respond. Cons: So far, I have not found anything that I did not like about the program, but, I have not been using it for long!
