Birdeye has been great so far. Itishri made the on boarding process easy and once finally finished we have been seeing the reviews flow in. Our patients are writing paragraphs about our Dental office and staff. With Birdeye AI it has been seamless to respond to all our reviews in a fast and professional way. 2012 this business was founded it provides AI powered platforms for managing online presence and customer experience. I checked with customer service to ask if consumers can leave customer reviews and was told its only for business owners and was recommended to Google and yelp . I was able to add the nyc mayors office to this site for reviews.
