Birdeye and Eclipse Integration
Eclipse is an electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software (PMS) used in chiropractic practices, physical therapy and medical facilities. Users have the ability to manage billing, e-prescriptions, appointment schedules, reminders and more. Integrating Eclipse with Birdeye will automate the process of sending out review requests to patients on a daily basis.
Once Eclipse is integrated with Birdeye, Birdeye pulls patient information from Eclipse and automatically sends them review requests based on the preferences set within the Birdeye dashboard. Birdeye collects the first name, last name, email address and phone number of your patients and automatically sends them review requests.
