Chris Darity the project manager worked tirelessly. From the beginning to the end, he delivered on everything he said he would do. All work was completed quickly and professionally. Michelle Conner the accounts receivable manager was very helpful when dealing with the insurance company making sure everything moved smoothly. Both Michelle and Chris performed their jobs with a high degree of professionalism and efficiently. I would highly recommend Universal Builders of America to anyone.
Universal Builders delivered what they promised and provided an excellent service. We love the quality, look and feel of our new roof. It has a life time warranty which makes it even better!
We weren't even aware that we had hail damage on our roof. UB offered us a free inspection and the assurance that they would work with our insurance company to complete a claim. It gave us peace of mind that unless we were covered by our insurance, we were at no obligation to continue. The claim was 100% approved and the work was completed a couple of weeks later. We are really pleased with the final result and the whole process. We would definitely recommend UB as they are professional, reliable and do good quality work.

Universal did a very good job. They did exactly what they were contracted to do and they worked well with my insurance person and cleaned up well after the job was finished.

The roofing work itself was fine, but we were disappointed with the communication and transparency surrounding the insurance supplement. We also had some cleanup and property-damage issues that were eventually addressed. Looking back, we wish we had shopped around more and chosen a local company with its own crew and a more hands-on approach.
There are shingles that are not properly laid nor sealed. I reported it and nothing has been done. There was no Foreman on site to monitor the work and no one that spoke English.
