Universal Builders delivered what they promised and provided an excellent service. We love the quality, look and feel of our new roof. It has a life time warranty which makes it even better!
We weren't even aware that we had hail damage on our roof. UB offered us a free inspection and the assurance that they would work with our insurance company to complete a claim. It gave us peace of mind that unless we were covered by our insurance, we were at no obligation to continue. The claim was 100% approved and the work was completed a couple of weeks later. We are really pleased with the final result and the whole process. We would definitely recommend UB as they are professional, reliable and do good quality work.
I think that they are a great company. Universal Builders of America, Inc. did what they are supposed to do. Their overall work was great.
Universal did a very good job. They did exactly what they were contracted to do and they worked well with my insurance person and cleaned up well after the job was finished.
The company was very professional. The quality of the work was exceptional. We were very pleased and would highly recommend them. I was especially pleased with their communication.
There are shingles that are not properly laid nor sealed. I reported it and nothing has been done. There was no Foreman on site to monitor the work and no one that spoke English.
When they put our hot water heater vent on …the cap was bent worse than the one from hail damage. Even worse, the new one was shiny new metal and they painted it black! It looks ridiculous..I did not realize they had done that til my husband went up on roof and saw it🤦🏻♀️until that point I was very happy with the roof job…now , not so much😔
Follow up by the QA team. If you need to repair a brand new attic fan (one of three) then communicate with me and tell me when it will be done. Overall the install went ok, except not connecting power to the fans and improperly installing a ridge vent that was removed from the contract.
