Everything was great except.....I did not get the discount or signage in my yard like we were supposed to 🤬 That was like a $600+ savings 🤬

We were pleased with the sales process. Install process was fine but 3 windows were measured wrong so they couldn’t finish install. Apparently reported the job complete so we had to contact to inform twice now that were still waiting on windows. Schedule time 3 weeks away just to get new measurements and then will have to wait on reorder and install. Very unhappy with your internal communication as we have had to do it all for you.

From sales, techs, installers and ease of warranty have been amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and responsive and respectful of us and our home. There was no cleanup after installation the installers did a remarkable job of cleaning after completion of each window.
