The quality of the window and the professionalism of the installation were top notch. My only complaint would be the lack of communication from the office to me waiting for the install. I was told an approximate install date of September, there was a delay with a building permit, but nothing was mentioned until I called and found out it would be November. I'd suggest the office staff be as good as the installers are with customer concerns.

The windows are great and the Technicians that installed them were the most polite, professional, friendly and courteous workman I have ever had the pleasure to meet. These people were great and so was the whole universal team we worked with over the past few months.

While I love my windows, the installation team was not great. They failed to do several things. Which resulted in over a year of waiting for all items to be completed.

We had a great experience from start to finish. The salesman was personable and thorough, the measuring was quick and convenient and the installers were courteous and good at communicating and working with us. We had a family emergency in the middle of installation and they were so gracious about communicating precisely when and what they needed to be able to do their job so we could focus on our family member in the hospital and not have to worry about the installation being completed correctly.
