Purchased windows for my living room and a sliding door to replace 2 windows in my dining room. Universal sold me a door that was too wide. Installer didn't realize it until AFTER he had already removed my old windows. They slapped my old windows back in with no trim or insulation leaving multiple giant gaps between the window and frame. Took multiple calls to get service out to spray in foam. I tried calling Customer Service Manager Candace no less than a dozen times asking for a call back. They won’t resolve my problem with the windows.
The installation process was horrible. The wrong size windows were ordered and the quality of th windows is worse than my old windows.

Until someone resolves our problem and does something to make us forget about the whole experience with Yinz, I’d not only not recommend yinz but I’d tell them not to deal with you.
I would not recommend this company. 1. I was charged interest on the contact from the day I signed it. This is not industry practice. Normally an individual would pay for services once they are renended and not a couple of months ahead of time. 2. The installers did some things that irrated me such as using my toliet without my permission and not flushing. They also installed their sign outside without permission. Not of the caulking looks professional.
