The installers left the metal trimmings from my front window installation in my front yard. Left without finishing the clean up. I have pictures if interested

Received incorrect window configuration, still waiting for correction. Also already seeing a component of window that is coming apart somehow, after very limited use. Still need to report this to Universal somehow.

Im still struggling with the price of the windows. The main reason i called was for the buy 2 get 2 and the triple pane upgrade -at $7800 for 6 std vinyl windows -that comes to $1900 a window for the 4----that just seems outrageous-the triple pane would have been nice but i was told that was really not meant for the pgh area-tand after the install i was told how quiet it would be-not even close to quiet---the sales person was super-did her job exactly how she was supposed to do it-i was nervous about the entire experience an... read more
