Bait and switch. Was promised $1250 end of year certificate and $50 Amazon gift card. I confirmed that this was on top of my locked in price since I had 2 projects done within last year and was ready to do final phase. She confirmed twice on phone and scheduled for person to take measurements. I drove 3 hours to be there. Then the cert amount in your system was only $750. When associate called to correct, they would not honor what I was quoted AND removed the $750 and Amazon card. DISAPPOINTED. Just DO WHAT YOU PROMISED.

Our experience was terrible. The salesperson was good and the tech Paul was great. Every other aspect of dealing with local Pittsburgh UWD was atrocious. Thanks for the Cleveland office.

The installers left the metal trimmings from my front window installation in my front yard. Left without finishing the clean up. I have pictures if interested
