Experience has not been favorable from the information promised/delivered during the sales presentation. Feel like I was mislead.

Im still struggling with the price of the windows. The main reason i called was for the buy 2 get 2 and the triple pane upgrade -at $7800 for 6 std vinyl windows -that comes to $1900 a window for the 4----that just seems outrageous-the triple pane would have been nice but i was told that was really not meant for the pgh area-tand after the install i was told how quiet it would be-not even close to quiet---the sales person was super-did her job exactly how she was supposed to do it-i was nervous about the entire experience an... read more
Salesperson wasted a lot of my time. Was trying to change door type and for 2 weeks we emailed back and forth on design and color only to find she already ordered the door.
