My experience did not match the advertisement on TV at all. Looked like a fly by night operation. Came in a Penske Rental Truck. No uniforms.

Damaged marble window sill, then then blamed me that it was that way when they started. It wasn't. Refused to take action on punch list, have not contacted m.

The windows look nice but some of the brand new trim over the door was slightly damaged. Installer was just OK. I had to tell them to wear masks and bootys were not used on carpet. Overall, it felt like the installers didn’t care about the customer experience they were just here to do a job.
