Poor manufacturing quality control and no attention to detail. Installer stated that people complain all the time about the black adhesive being dripped or smeared on windows during manufacture process but they don't do anything about it.

My Universal Window Direct experience has been disappointing. I have been left with a mess that I do not yet know how I will clean up. Waited 4 months for install only have it canceled the day before (losing 2 days of work). Then job was rescheduled for a Saturday but job wasn’t completely and still haven’t been reached out to schedule that.

The windows look good, the installer was sensational but your presentation on the financing left a lot to be desired, we were of the opinion that we were in the delayed interest and had a period where we would not pay interest, instead we ended up with a finance company who billed before the windows were in. That type of a switch indicates to me that this company either does not have a sales finance license in Pa or we were lied to for the sake of the sale.
