The salesman we worked with doesn't work for the company any more. He misrepresented the ability of the company and the windows available for our sizes. I will say his manager acknowledged the mistake and provided us with the correct number of windows at the agreed upon price. Then installation of the window went horribly and will be described in detail below. We had many issues. The installers were not personable and seemed annoyed most of the time if we asked any questions and they had very bad body order. We had to clean up a lot of glass that was missed in the clean up. The first installer didn't finish the project but left all of the windows over...

Your sales team was excellent, but after I signed the contact and my condo directives were received, I waited somewhere around 2 weeks to hear about scheduling measurements. That was completed and I was provided a date of sometime in March. I know Covid 19 puts everything in flux, but after the measurements I heard nothing for at least 4 weeks. Took 8 weeks for the install from the time of measurement. Then still didn't have 1 broken sash 6 most. later. This also involved getting the wrong screens upon install and 6 Mos later, still didn't have the order correct.

After done and gone they left pieces of wood on my roof i had to pick them up in order to keep them from blocking my drain i feel they should have vacuum it up also we inspected the windows and they miss some flashing so they added pieces which all ready have comeout you pay alot of money for these windows and expect to get a professional job . i thought they were a little slopply on the caulking .
My experience did not match the advertisement on TV at all. Looked like a fly by night operation. Came in a Penske Rental Truck. No uniforms.
