Not enough insulation on the sides of the windows and the windows could’ve been bigger so there was not as much gap around the window. I hear as much outside noise as my single pane window.

Not too impressed with quality of product as we just had our windows installed Dec of 2021 and one bedroom window had frame insolation showing outside and exposed from inside the window - we worked twice to get it replace with 2nd attempt successful - also we recently noticed our living room picture window started showing glare spots on the outside of the window glass pane - at first I thought it was dirt so I cleaned the window and realized that was not the case - when the recent repair guy Michael Moran came to replace the... read more

The work is honestly so disappointing. The caulking around the entire perimeter of the window installed is sloppy, not straight and bubbling in many areas. Looks and feels flimsy and cheap.

Company lost my credit card info. Windows are inferior, water coming inside and no word yet on what they're going to do about it!

I will never recommend Universal Windows Direct to anyone because of the lack of communication and lack of concern for their customer.
Very happy with all aspects of the process. The salesperson was very knowlrdgeable and the installer was on time and completed the project quickly. He cleaned up everything around the area and the windows look great
