The work is honestly so disappointing. The caulking around the entire perimeter of the window installed is sloppy, not straight and bubbling in many areas. Looks and feels flimsy and cheap.

Company lost my credit card info. Windows are inferior, water coming inside and no word yet on what they're going to do about it!

I will never recommend Universal Windows Direct to anyone because of the lack of communication and lack of concern for their customer.
Very happy with all aspects of the process. The salesperson was very knowlrdgeable and the installer was on time and completed the project quickly. He cleaned up everything around the area and the windows look great

The job was complete in one day. They didn't walk me through upon completion. If they would have, 4 windows not functioning correctly would have been discovered. I have no paperwork other than the quote & the finance company info which is 6.99% financing. I would possibly recommend upon resolution of issues.
