good quality window, lousy customer service. 1st install of 8 windows had to be totally redone because the installer was in a big hurry to move on to his next job. The only person I dealt with that I fully trusted was Mike Moran, the followup reinstaller.

Nothing but hassles since the windows came in and then lied to us about pricing and we weren’t even given a copy of our invoice or guarantee

I've expressed needing to speak to someone regarding my windows being installed incorrectly and have no received a phone call to correct this and it's been weeks.

The windows are good, but the installation and follow up were horrible. The first installer was great. However, the second installer damaged my metal roof and then promptly left my house without completing the installation. I have never gotten a satisfactory answer as to how my roof was going to be repaired and still don’t have an answer. Also, during all of this, I was turned over to a collection agency for withholding the final payment until my roof repair is addressed.

I've left many negative reviews floating around. I'm sure you can find them for more detailed info, but I would mostly not recommend this company due to my experience dealing with Mike Tucker, Adnan Haliilovic, and the terrible quality of my windows. The service technician is already trying to get them replaced for me after only being installed for a couple weeks.

Purchased windows for my living room and a sliding door to replace 2 windows in my dining room. Universal sold me a door that was too wide. Installer didn't realize it until AFTER he had already removed my old windows. They slapped my old windows back in with no trim or insulation leaving multiple giant gaps between the window and frame. Took multiple calls to get service out to spray in foam. I tried calling Customer Service Manager Candace no less than a dozen times asking for a call back.
