I had a great experience scheduling my appointment and completing the pre-appointment registration. I was contacted about my copay a few minutes before my appointment and successfully saved the information to my record. William Spaner joined the virtual appointment on time. He gave me a warm greeting. I showed him the problem with my eye. He then asked symptom related questions to rule out more serious ailments.
