The provider, Alisa Marvin, was wonderful. She explained the process of the virtual visit, reviewed allergies and current medications. A history of my symptoms and reason for the visit were gone over. Current management of symptoms was discussed. Alisa Marvin explained her process for the plan of care she opted for. She gave clear directions and what to do if there isn’t improvement. I am very pleased with the care I received during this visit today.
