After waiting online for an hour past the scheduled start time, the virtual visit finally started. The PA involved with my virtual visit was professional and succinct. Diagnosis of my symptoms only took a few minutes. Medications were prescribed and sent to my pharmacy instantly. Other than the untimely start, a very good experience.

Easy to book and very quick response. Unfortunately misdiagnosed and felt there was no talking this person out of the diagnosis even though I knew it was not that. It was not a rash but very painful nerve pain that lasted days after being misdiagnosed

I felt very comfortable with the Provider. She listened to my symptoms, diagnosed me and asked what meds work best for me & sent the Rx to my Pharmacy. It was quick & easy!! The only thing that was a hassle was how many times you have to "verify your identity" by them sending codes to your phone / email. I will definitely use them again & recommend them to others!

Online registration was pretty easy. While doing this, the registration Clark called me and told me I did not need to photograph my insurance card as it was already on file and check my payment over the phone. Only a short wait for the MEDICAL provider. I thought she listened to me asked me appropriate questions and gave me a prescription to be filled. I began taking this right away and I’m feeling much better. Thank you for offering the virtual urgent care services.
