Starting feeling the start of an eye infection on Friday night. Tried to go to an urgent care but they closed at noon on Saturday. Discovered the virtual visit and scheduled online. It was easy and had the virtual visit within an hour. The eye prescription was sent to my pharmacy and my eye started feeling better the next day. Avoided a painful weekend waiting for a regular doctors visit on Monday. Loved the experience!!

I was able to get an appointment almost immediately. The Dr I met with was thorough, had access to my records and was very helpful and reassuring.
The registration process was easy. The provider was on time for my virtual visit. The CNP was knowledgeable & friendly & we came to an agreement for treatment quickly. Great experience overall!
