Everything was great except the initial response time. I scheduled my appointment for 8:20am, the earliest appointment possible, because I was in a lot of pain. No one joined the call until 8:35am. Then there were some technical difficulties and we had to re-start the appointment. Once the call was stable, everything went very well. It would not have been a big deal except for the fact that I was in excruciating pain.

I wish I did not have to download my ID and insurance cards when all that info is already in my chart. Also, as I tried to connect it kept sending me new codes before I had a chance to put the current one in. Outside of that it was very easy, efficient and the NP Laura Ridgely was professional and thorough.
