I've been sick for two weeks. Immense pressure in my sinuses with headache and fatigue. My daughter ( who is a nurse) convinced me to make an appointment. The lovely woman who answered was so kind and helpful. My daughter is picking up my antibiotics as we speak. I'm so greatfull for this service.

The PA was polite, direct, and informative. My only complaint is in the technology used. Rather than providing a direct link in MyChart, I was sent a link via email. I don't use my ipad for email, but do use it for virtual visits. Transferring the lengthy URL to my ipad from the desktop PC I was for email is difficult. Please provide the link in a MyChart message.

The doctor listened to my symptoms of my illness and prescribe the needed medication. It was easy and quick to register and then be seen .

I’m older so the finishing of online registration was difficult. They did provide a very patient person to help me get thru it and I did get to a doctor that was also very helpful. Since I’m not feeling well it was good to have the virtual appt. Thank you. L. Zweigoron

There was no one at the front desk when I got there so I had to wait a little while till she got back. Had to wait for my test results. The doctor was helpful.

My first virtual visit. Jess at the office was knowledgeable and helped answer my questions and when my phone settings gave me trouble and I got disconnected the Dr. called me right back. His bed side manner was great and he really listened to me. Thank you
