Technology was frustrating sound no picture or picture no sound. It started okay then went out. The doctor was great, I’m always grateful for this service especially after office hours being able to access care. Thank you

They were not very punctual on being on time. My appointment time was for 10:30, didn't actually speak to them till almost an hour later. I understand they are very busy but when I spoke to her the nurse practitioner, she was kind of rushing me and not really wanting to listen to me clearly with the symptoms I was having. But she did take care of my needs with my prescriptions so at least that's a plus.
