This could not have been an easier visit for us. Our NP was so thoughtful and thorough. She answered all of my annoying questions and got us all squared away. Thereās nothing you guys can do about sick season happening but this option to do a virtual visit and keep my daughter out of the even germier physical office. This was the perfect experience 10 out of 10 would recommend every single time. Exemplary service UH!!! Bravo!!Ā

The experience with the PA was great she gets 5 gold stars, but the system getting in was really cumbersome. My opinion is when they call for the co pay they should explain how it works. Especially to first time users.Ā
The Staff Member who answered my call & the Nurse Practitioner were very helpful & patient.Ā
