Laura, NP was calm, patient, caring, and made me feel heard. She called my phone since I was unable to get the UH Urgent Care Virtual Appt thing to take my code for verifying identity, which was much appreciated because the girl who answered my phone call for help was not helpful and not patient and frankly rude. Laura NP prescribed additional meds and gave me hope again!!! I am thankful for her! Please treat her well because she is a great nurse and a keeper!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐♾️
