Made an appointment online, waited 5 min in waiting room, less than 5 min for provider Courtney APRN, who was respectful & listened well, gave appropriate exam & F/U. Would definitely use this Urgent Care over the Mentor location. I was in & out in 40 minutes, which is unheard of! A+ in my book!
