When the PA came in to my room finally, he was pleasant and efficient. But I was pretty frustrated waiting for care. I have had good and so-so care in this urgent care. The receptionist was trying to be so careful she came off obtuse. I was put in a room to wait by a pleasant fellow and then just waited. It was not busy so it was irritating to just be left in a room with a desk full of staff— none were allowed to take out stitches but no one updated me and any one of them could. Everyone was helpful & friendly!!! Being a veteran, they asked for me to write down my full social security number!!! The receptionist just threw it to the side!!! Hopefully it was shredded when she finished!!! Otherwise GREAT!!!
